Double flat-walled steel-plastic composite drainage pipes are wound with strips on a pipe forming machine and welded into pipes. The welding technology adopts the internationally advanced double-layer welding and Staggered seam welding technology not only overcomes the unreliability of single-layer welding, but also effectively avoids the possibility of simultaneous radial cracking of the weld seam.
Composition structure
The double flat-walled steel-plastic composite wound drainage pipe is made of polyethylene and galvanized steel strips. The material is formed into two profiled plates and strips. The galvanized material is shaped and embedded in the two strips. A steel-plastic composite pipe is formed by placing materials in the grooves between the plates and covering the periphery.
